Window and Shutter Restoration, 17th century Historic House
This house, whose original rooms were built in the early 1600's, had functioned as a private home as well as an inn for several years. It now exists and is appreciated as an historic museum. Though well built, the house was in need of repairs due to years of sun and wind damage. Here we did extensive repairs to the jambs and sills, as well as to the sash themselves. The results show that when done properly, window restoration produces a better than new look to the sash and the property as a whole.
